Visa Process

The visa application will be assessed by an Entry Clearance Officer at the British High Commission, who will make the final decision on the application. Part time job and Other details

Part-Time Job

International students in the UK can work part-time while studying, which is a good way to gain skills for their future career. However, due to the demands of their studies, full-time students may not have much free time to work. Full-time students are allowed to work part-time for up to 20 hours per week during term time and 40 hours per week during vacation time.

Stay Back Options

International students in the UK can work full-time in a temporary job for up to four months after completing their studies, can apply for post study work visa of two years. They may also apply for a Tier 2 General visa if they have a job offer from a UK employer, which could lead to permanent residency in the UK.
